Mission

RiseAfrika Tech Foundation is a non-profit arm of RiseAfrika Technologies. We democratise AI knowledge—making it accessible to everyone, especially youth in townships and underserved areas. AI isn't for elites; it's for liberation. We counter historical issues of unequal education in South Africa by providing free, online tools to learn, build, and thrive with AI.

What We Do

AI Literacy for All

Free online courses (videos, modules) on using AI daily—homework help, business ideas, creativity. From "AI Basics" to "Build Your First Tool".

Township Workshops

Small-group sessions in libraries/community centres. Experts teach kids 8–18 how to code with AI, with local catering (economic boost).

Astra Connectivity

Satellite Wi-Fi hotspots (Astra-powered, SA Starlink alternative) in townships—fast internet + bundled AI lessons.

Engaged youth participating in a technology workshop with laptops.

Events & Fundraising

Monthly "Tech Talks"—free entry, township vendors handle food/stalls. Discuss Africa's tech future, network, raise funds. SMMEs get spotlight, attendees learn AI.
